# Valutazione dei venditori

Per mitigare  l'effetto dovuto all'anonimato dei clienti e dei venditori e per fornire ai clienti informazioni utili alla decisione di acquisto i venditori sono soggetti ad un rating per ciascun ordine espletato, di norma a cura dei clienti.

Ad ordine ultimato il cliente ha la possibilità di erogare un voto positivo o negativo che riassuma il suo soddisfacimento del prodotto o del servizio ricevuto e dei relativi tempi di consegna.

Il sistema vigila sulla congruenza dei voti espressi dai clienti mitigando o eliminando le valutazioni che si palesino artatamente errate. Il sistema può altresì fornire un giudizio negativo per gli ordini rifiutati dai venditori.
